GDM comprehensively implemented CAM technology and maturely applied various CAM operation module of CNC-CAM/WEDM-CAM/EDCAD/EDCAM/CMM-CAM. Through the standardization of processing parameters, processing technology, and CAM operation plan management based on ERP system, the standardized operation and information management of CAM engineers are realized.

CAD Technology

GDM established comprehensive design standard system, and by customizing the CAD database, the knowledge bases of design features, standard parts, factory standard parts, module components and so on are integrated.

Large horizontal type CNC

  • Five-axis Gantry CNC

Brand: Makino, Japan

Characteristics: The large horizontal A100E has 2 work stations that can continuously switch in between at the same time, with a machining accuracy of up to 0.02. A66E is the only one in Mainland China., it has 8 work stations for automatic switching, which can realize 24H unmanned operation, unit automatic machining, and the highest precision can be up to 0.02, which can be used for automobile molds and automotive light molds.

Precision Grinding Machine Equipment

    Optical grinding machine, imported from Japan, has a processing accuracy of 0.001.

WEDM Equipment

WEDM Mitsubishi full-range equipment 10S, 20S, 30V, the machine tool has automatic threading function and AR function, which can realize high-precision machining without correcting workpiece parallelism, and the highest precision machining can be ±0.002mm

Trial Production Equipment

  • Injection Molding Machine
6 injection molding machine tools, with a maximum tonnage of 1300T. Others are 250T, 380T, 530T, 700T respectively, and 180T motors of high-precision injection molding machines.
  • Punching Machine
5 punching machines, with a maximum tonnage of 500T. Others are 60T, 200T, 300T, and 100T high-speed punch.

DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Strict Research & design analysis order of each order
For part quality, we have strict plan & quality judgment from the beginning of pre-study to finish design & review. Related documents would be provided at each period from getting order → part analysis→design review→design inspection, to make sure the shortened designing time at the premise of high quality.
 

INCOMING ADMINISTRATION

To guarantee the quality of steel material , we have three countermeasures for steel material : Steel inspection when arriving, supplier investigation, regular evaluation for supplier. Before buying steel, we would have strict inspection for the qualification of the supplier; After deciding supplier, inspection & supervising would be kept on for each month to analysis the steel quality. For the supplier who offer not satisfactory steel, guidance & correction would be given before starting the following process.
 

IPQ·FQC·OQC

To make sure the quality & safety during manufacturing, every staff have to follow the “3-don’t” principle. ( Don’t accept , don’t manufacture and don’t sell the disqualified molds & components)
