The layout sequence of the workshop is as follows: incoming material area and warehouse, pre-processing area, rough processing area, finishing area, sample inspection, polishing processing, mold assembly, mold test area and packaging, transportation and shipment area.

GDM implements standardized information management, combined with ERP information management system to track the progress of each individual component according to each barcode. Moreover, ERP terminals widely distributed in the workshop feed back to each other to supervise the existing production process and resource storage.
