Moldflow software

Moldflow is a professional CAE simulation analysis software that plays an important role in the field of plastic injection molding. It can accurately simulate the flow of plastic melt in the mold cavity, analyze the rationality of the cooling pipe layout, and predict the warping deformation of the product after molding. For products with large deformation that cannot meet customer tolerance requirements, it can be designed according to pre-deformation to achieve one-time mold trial success and improve customer satisfaction.

Checker

Checker is a software that assists DFM analysts in identifying product problem points, such as wall, thin steel, sharp corners, shut-off face, draft, undercuts, etc., to reduce errors missed due to manual inspection of products, so that problems can be effectively discovered in the early stages and effective improvement measures can be proposed to close them.

Sparkle

Sparkle is a scientific injection molding tool. Combined with Moldflow analysis software, it can guide the trial mold debugging process parameters and improve the efficiency of trial mold debugging.

DFM-PRO

DFM-PRO: Evaluate the manufacturability of products before mold opening, conduct design processability checks, identify areas that are difficult or costly to process, and complete manufacturing at a lower cost, in a shorter time, and with higher quality.

Auto Form R10

Auto Form R10 provides software solutions for the mold manufacturing and stamping die forming industries. The application of Auto Form software can improve planning reliability, reduce the number and debugging time of mold commissioning, design higher quality parts and molds while reducing downtime and scrap rate in production. Based on actual industrial technology and sheet metal forming technology, Auto Form has a complete integrated system that can analyze, review and optimize each stage of the process chain with highly specialized functions.

NX-PDW

The Progressive Die Wizard is a professional module for progressive die design developed based on NX (UG). It is an expert system that integrates a lot of experience and knowledge in the industry and provides a full-process design solution. With the assistance of PDW, ordinary designers can also complete some medium and high-difficulty die designs.
