Material is quite thick and the bending height is short, thus it's easy to cause burr.
Emboss's height +/-0.3mm, outline dimension +/-0.5mm
The material of bending corner and the straight edge are flush, it won't appear any burr and other issues.
Producction by progressive die, one hit two parts.
